Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order wallpapers
  • Installed or used products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
